Concordia is a brand of Zehaava Consultancy. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Zehaava Consultancy, including Concordia. “You” means anyone who uses or views the website.
Our services
The website describes our consulting, training, learning and coaching services, and lets you send an enquiry or request a session. Sending an enquiry or a request doesn’t create a contract. Each engagement is confirmed separately, in a proposal, quotation or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, schedule and payment terms. If that document differs from these terms, the document applies to that engagement.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
