This policy covers cancellations and refunds for services from ZEHAAVA CONSULTANCY, including its Concordia brand, and for our other brands, Love Live Learn and Bisar Photography.
Zehaava and Concordia don’t sell any products through this website.
Zehaava
Zehaava provides a range of services to clients under contracts that are individually written, agreed and signed. Cancellation and refund terms can therefore differ from client to client, and the terms in your contract apply.
Concordia
Concordia also works under contracts that are individually written, agreed and signed for each assignment, including trainings, consulting and coaching. Cancellation and refund terms, such as any advance payment, what a cancellation costs and when a refund is paid, vary from case to case. The terms in the agreement signed for your assignment apply.

Love Live Learn and Bisar Photography
Love Live Learn and Bisar Photography sell products through their own websites. Each believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and so has a liberal cancellation policy:
- A cancellation is considered only if you ask immediately after placing the order. It may not be accepted if the order has already been passed to the vendor or merchant and they have started shipping it.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to the brand’s customer service team within 7 days of receiving it. The request is accepted once the merchant has checked and confirmed the problem.
- If the product you receive isn’t as shown on the website or doesn’t meet your expectations, tell the brand’s customer service team within 7 days of receiving it. The team will look into your complaint and decide what to do.
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please take any complaint to the manufacturer.
- An approved refund takes 3–5 days to be processed to you.
